Biochem Bistro is a hands-on cooking camp for young chefs (8-12 years) to learn to create delicious dishes while discovering the science that makes food work. Positioned first and foremost as an interactive culinary experience, the program blends practical kitchen skills with age-appropriate exploration of molecular gastronomy, biochemistry and microbiology.

Campers cook every day. The science is woven directly into what they’re preparing—making learning natural, yet surprising and exciting. Campers will:

🔹 Create fruit caviar using molecular gastronomy techniques
🔹 Make transparent ravioli while investigating gels & structure
🔹 Cook real recipes in hands-on culinary labs
🔹 Discover microbiology through bread, yogurt & fermentation
🔹 Unlock the chemistry of flavor, color & texture in foods

From bubbling yeast to shimmering spheres and crystal-clear creations, this hands-on cooking adventure turns curious kids into confident young chefs—who understand the science behind every bite!
